Athira Pharma, Inc. (“Athira,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values the privacy of individuals who use our websites (collectively, our “Sites”). Job Applications. If you decide to apply for a job with us, you may submit your contact information and your resume. We will collect the information you choose to provide on your resume, such as your education and employment experience.

Sign-Ups. If you sign up for notifications or other updates from us, we may ask you for your name, email address, and other contact information.

Interest in our Clinical Trials. If you are interested in participating in or learning more about participating in one of our clinical trials, you may submit certain information to us through our Sites or those of our third-party recruitment partners, such as your name, email address, phone number, primary physical address, and certain information about your medical history. This information will be used to assess whether you might be eligible for one of our studies, and we may share the information with our third-party recruitment partners and clinical trial sites so they can reach out to you with more information.

Background Checks. We work with third-party partners to perform background checks on job applicants, and receive publicly available information such as criminal history and education verification.

We may use the information we collect:

  • To provide, maintain, improve, and enhance our Sites;
  • To evaluate and process your job application, if you choose to apply for a job with us;

Our Sites are hosted in the United States and intended for visitors located within the United States. If you choose to use the Sites from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you are transferring your information outside of those regions to the United States for storage and processing. Also, we may transfer your data from the U.S. to other countries or regions in connection with storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating the Sites.
